Welcome to Universalist Recovery Church.

Our mission at Universalist Recovery Church is to improve lives through heart-centered experiences of the sacred. We are a community of people dedicated to growing into our best selves. Whether you have a personal or family experience with recovery from behavioral or substance addiction, mental health challenges, or are experiencing grief and loss, we welcome you.

As Universalists, we accept you as you are.

Come into this circle of love and acceptance.

Recognizing that we all struggle in some way, we gather for the hope and healing that comes from recovery, renewal, and restoration.

Come into this place of peace and hope.

As a community, we strive to create a beloved circle of comfort and support.

Come into this community, where we honor the wholeness that lies within our brokenness, and where we believe in a force some call God.

Welcome, and come into this place.

COVID-19 News

Due to COVID-19, we now gather online. To read the columns or receive the link for the service, sign up for our newsletter or email our lead minister, Barbara, at barbara@urcpdx.org.

Normally, we meet on Sundays at 2 PM at Eastrose Fellowship, 1133 NE 181st Ave to hold our Sharing Circles and Scripture Studies. As soon as we’re able, we return to leading circles twice a month at a local prison. If you’re interested in helping us with any of our ministries, contact us at (503)-489-9585 or email Barbara at barbara@urcpdx.org.
